Why can’t spouses appreciated familiar foods cooked a little differently? What I’m saying is these new fall carrots tasted really, really good cooked on a baking sheet with a light spray of olive oil in a 400 degree F oven for about 20 minutes.
My husband would have preferred them boiled & glazed with a little maple syrup instead. Ah well. Guess I’ll not be making them roasted again unless I’m making them just for me.
